By continuing to play on the server, you are agreeing to all of these rules. Failure to abide by these rules might result in either a soft or hard ban.

Griefing / Being on Other People's Land

You shall not grief or steal on the server. You are not allowed to stay on other people's land if they ask you to leave. Rivers, lakes, and Oceans are public, and cannot be built in without permission from the admin.

PvP / Killing Others

PvP is opt-in. If you want to PvP, type "/pvp on". You may not use lava to kill somebody. You may only kill people if they give you permission. If you accidentally kill them, you must give their stuff back. You may not start a war unless both sides agree on it. You may not kill or attack somebody with a weapon without their permission, and you may not threaten to kill them.

Staying Family-Friendly

Please remember to stay family-friendly on the server. Saying bad words or talking about inappropriate topics is NOT tolerated.

Underground Land Ownership (Strip and Netherite Mining)

Overworld:

In the overworld, claimed land only extends down to y-level 45 (unless you talk and agree with the admin), and anything below that is claimable by others (for example, you can claim a dungeon under someone else's base if you are the one who found it). You are not entitled to anything that is under your claimed area if you did not find it.

Nether:

For Netherite mining, the Brothers mine East, and the (Un-named clan [MrChicken10yt & EnderDragon3760] ) mines South. You may mine using any strategy you wish, as long as it is below y-level 30.
